All groups wishing to have a satellite meeting during the FEC are requested to reserve a room through the online
reservation by 13 September 2010. The meeting rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Once you make an online reservation, the local secretariat will send you a confirmation letter via email within 3 days
after a process of review. |

The rooms we provide you for the meetings are 105, 106 and 107 in the DCC. All rooms are “Class Room”
type and the maximum seating capacity of each room is approx. 80.
※ Room 107 is for the video conference. If you would like to have a video conference, please make sure to
reserve the room 107 where the equipment for the video conference will be set up. |

The meeting rooms are reserved by an hour and one group may reserve a room up to 5 hours. |
