The Local Organizing Committee of the 23rd IAEA FEC is pleased to offer a wide range of hotels with special
consideration on security, accessibility, and price. As rooms will be reserved on a first-come, first served basis,
once room blocks at these hotels have been filled, we may be unable to secure further rooms with the hotels at
the special rates quoted. Therefore, early hotel reservation is highly recommended. Reservations should be made
before August 31, 2010..

- Ramada Plaza Cheongju is located in another city, ¡°Cheongju¡± where the distance from the DCC
(in Daejeon city) is 38km (23.6mile), 50min. by car.
- The Free shuttle service will be provided by the hotel between the Ramada hotel and the DCC.
- The Shuttle service will be running three times a day : Hotel - DCC 7:30 / 12:00 / 18:00
DCC - Hotel 13:00 / 17:00 / 19:00

 All room rates are on a per room per night basis and include service charge and tax.
However, Breakfast is NOT included.
* B-Station does NOT provide breakfast. But guests can have their breakfast in Hotel Spapia where is in front
of B-Station
One night deposit must be guaranteed by credit card in order to secure your reservation.
All hotel charges guaranteed by credit card information will be settled upon check out directly to the hotel.
Please note that all room rates are fixed in Korean Won(KRW). So, rates quoted in US dollars are subject to
change due to foreign exchange rate. 
Confirmation of your reservation will be sent to you by e-mail after your reservation is completed.
Ondol is the Korean traditional floor heating system.
* Ondol Twin/Double - There is a bed but guest should take their shoes off in the room
** Ondol - There is no bed. Guest should sleep on a mattress on the floor
Check-in time is 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm excluding Toyoko-Inn.
* Toyoko-Inn Check-in / 4:00pm, Check-out/ 10:00am |

Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Housing Bureau by e-mail or fax. Only cancellations
made in writing are acceptable.
|
Cancellation charges are as below:
- By August 16, 2010 : No Charge
- From August 17, 2010 : One night room rate will be charged to guaranteed credit card
If you do not show up on expected check-in date without any prior notice,
the room will be postponed until next day. However, one night room rate will be charged.
If you do not show up on the 2nd day either, the room will be cancelled.
